Great experience for one night. Marvellous and good location not far from North Laine and the beach, shops, restaurants, everything brand-new. Easy access to Cafe Zio, just 5 minutes walk. Warm welcome from owner. A bath bath, a drier, guest toiletries and bath sheets. Bonus points for kitchen with all the essentials.

The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy drinks in the evening. The beds were extremely comfy and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and with stunning views from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of town and really close to the beach. You can easily explore the lively Lanes and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Brighton. being by a busy bus stop makes it convenient for getting around the area.

The foam topper on the mattress can make it feel sticky during warm nights.

The loft layout with two floors connected by stairs was perfect for my family, and my young child loved it. The kitchen, dining room, lounge, and balcony upstairs provided stunning views, and the two bedrooms downstairs ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The convenient location near the beach allowed for leisurely walks and easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.
